VAT is not included in the amounts stated above. VAT rate is 20%.

Registration fees, accommodation fees, course fees and similar fees paid within the scope of our event will be refunded for cancellations made until August 10, 2024, and 70% of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellations made after the event. Refunds will be made after the end of the congress. There are no refunds for cancellations made after the congress date.

The congress is supported within the scope of TÜBİTAK 2224-B Participation in Domestic Scientific Activities Support Program. All undergraduate students and graduates will be able to benefit from this call. You can visit the website to access detailed information. If the papers of our participants who send papers and pay the registration fees are not accepted, all registration fees will be refunded.

Payment

Payments will be accepted as Money Order/EFT.
Money Order / EFT: For registration, you must first complete the Money Order / EFT transaction. While doing this, write the phrase "Nursing Congress Participation Fee" in the transfer note. After completing the transaction, we kindly request you to send your receipt to the e-mail address hemsirelikkongresi2024@gmail.com com with a registration request e-mail containing the following information.

Undergraduate students need to attach their student certificates to their registration request emails.
Confirmation of your congress registration will be communicated to you via email within 15 days.
After your payment is checked, an information e-mail will be sent to you by entering your payment through the system.
